Weren't some parts of final assembly (air-conditioning, etc) done locally by
Clyde, so that they would be statdard with the 82 class?

Also, as Clyde are part of the ReadyPower consortium, are they Clyde
builders numbers or something like internal owner numbers (or similiar!)
