Are you serious? Suburban rail for Geelong? How long have you got
before it's viable? I suspect Geelong will have to be another suburb
of Melbourne (for some it already is) before it sees anything like
that. Not in my lifetime, mate.

Who's we? Who funds you? Are you even funded at all? Who are your
clients? Have you any published reports or press statement that I can
check to verify your bona-fides that would make it worth my while to
reply?
