Sorry - I think I meant Yarraville when I originally said Spotty. Have had
mates over the years work both boxes (and Newport) - this incident would
have been around 7-8 years ago and the locations sometimes get fuzzy.
Subsequent loss of electrons occurred in the Sth Ken vicinity.

No names mentioned but said offender recently worked a box between
Heatherdale and Heathmont - perhaps he's still there???
