The last Cobram and Leongatha trains (the second time) ran as timetabled. The
first time Leongatha was closed, I think there was a hijack. Dunno about
Cobram. There was certainly a hijack at Bairnsdale second time around. The
Milly service was canned in what was later shown to be a sham to prevent a
hijack. Dimboola and Ararat were similarly terminated short of the advertised
date to prevent a hijack.
Cobram and Leongatha have both lost pass services twice, but I don't think the
other stations on the list have.
Cheers,
CH.
