Not at all, in Victoria you would have to remember all of 2 speeds namely 40
KPH and 65 KPH. As an example, the speed out of all of the Melb -Wodonga
crossing loops is 40KPH. If there were any points that had a different speed a
curve board could take care of it.

In 2 position signal areas drivers already have to remember the speeds of all
the points because 2 position signalling gives no clue as to speed.
