Without knowing what sort you are using, usually you look under Tools,
Accounts in Outlook Express or in Options, Mail and News Preferences in
Netscape 3. In Netscape 4 there is a general box which has the +/- controls
like Explorer but the layout once in there is similar to the old Options,
Preferences menu.
