Spencer St , with only two platforms , both dead ended, handles many more SG
movements per week than Keswick ever will, and seems to manage.
In the days of the Old Aurora, Spirit and Daylight , there were 6 SG train
movements per day every day of the week (Sunday excepted for the Daylight)
all using No 1 platform.
Its just a question of management.
