Sally Ann Atkinson almost stuffed it up again a few years ago. Her idea
was for a tram which would be nothing more than a Chistchurch-like tourist
attraction. Now she's on the National Capital Authority, so I hope she
doesn't mess with the proposed Canberra Light Rail.
