Yes, they have one at the Up end of East Richmond they are very good.
Ther have put in a new signal post on the Belgrave line just before 
Bedford Rd (just after Ringwwod) they have put together a lage set of 
points in the station car park for the up end of the station, the
up end of Ringwood will look like Blackburn expect the platform 1 will
be bi directional, so will 2 and 3 will just be down trains. (I think
they will make it so platform 3 , currnetly 2 on north side will be used
in peak hour only, leaving an aragement for the shuttles at night and 
Sundays one will dock in platform 3 and then the city trrin will go from 2,
then the Belgrave/Lilydale train from 2 and the shuttle from 3, meaning
that passengers will only have to walk from onside of the island platform
to the other to change trains.  Like Camberwell at weekends, there will
be toilets, bigger wainting room etc on the island platform.
Also the plan for ringwood to have 3 platfroms was decided in the 60's
along with third line from East Comberwell to Box Hill and a few other 
things all done expect Ringwood.)
