So if the traffic light have failed and a Police officer (I'm being
politicaly correct) directs you through you won't move?
Its the same thing in our case it is the signaller.
Ok if the traffic light fails at 4 am are you going to sit there for 2
hours while you wait to get the thing fixed?

I'd like to see you sitting on a train for hours when you know that
there is no real reason why you have to be there in the first place.
