Re: Congratulations Bayside, once again.



If that isn't pathetic, what IS pathetic is that they can still get away 
with it, by paying a small fine to cancel the train. Kennett's flawed 
contract basically gave no provisions to say that a train MUST be run 
regardless, just pay a fine and all is okay.

The 5:27 probably provided the driver for the up service mentioned in my 
original post. I guess it won't get any better since it's cheaper for Nat 
Exp to pay the fines, than hire more drivers.

Pathetic really.
