incidentally i was on one of the Penrith services when the Granville signal
box was zapped yesterday. this really pissed me off--
1. all direct services to parramatta and on have been cancelled from Burwood
(b4 the signalbox was killed)
2. the train was already 11 min late into Strathfield
so when did things clear up?
