More C sets have been rearranged to run into sector 3 as 8-car consists,
except they are all un-targetted.

in addition to that there have been more and more sector 2 T sets having
their red-plate target ripped out and having a sector 3 target on them. one
is D6205

and T84 no longer has OD6841 as driver trailer. D6115 has replaced it.

Train balancing is thrown out hte window whenever "non normal" running
is used.
In this case it is the Blactown upgrade. The next one will be New Years
Eve and The Festival of Sydney.
