For the 86-class fans, even though a little late.
41 & 27 were sitting on the front of what appeared to be 8136 in Valley Height's
Down Refuge yesterday (Tuesday) morning at around 0635. My calculations suggest
that it was at least three hours plus late, based on the freight table issued as
part of the STN for the Blacktown closure (STN 1250).
