Maurie if you start a new company in Victoria you send your drivers
(qualified that is) to the PTC training center at south dynon and for
a HUGE sum of money they will have said driver travel the road as many
times as he feels he needs then he will be examined and if he passes
the exam he will be required to sign a for indicating that he i
responsible for road knowledged over this route if he stuffs up he is
then held responsible.
