Re: Derailment at OLYMPIC PARK.



There is already two bridges over the M4 motorway in that area side by side.
The eastern one (closest to Homebush Bay Drive - city side) is dual track
and is used as part of the Olympic Park line. The western one next to it (on
the country side) looks dual track but is not currently used.

In regards to what happens if one platform is blocked, they simply use the
other platform.  Any track can be bi-directional in emergencies but I'll
leave the safeworking discusions to the ones among us to enlighten us.
