Visibility? You want visibility? Run with the headlights TURNED ON
BRIGHT in the daytime! I can't count the number of times I have heard
drivers say, "Why? I can see". This isn't the point. You want people
to SEE YOU. Believe me a train coming at you with headlights blazing is
a lot more noticeable than one without them turned on.
