The only people I found looking bored and uninterested on QR last
January were the restaurant car staff on the Sunlander from Cairns to
Brisbane.

The "real" railway staff I came across were interested, interesting,
enthusiastic and very professional, and that especially includes my
ex-boss, who is one of their senior managers.
