For Freight Vic to cart cement traffic back to the Goulbourn Valley it
is not really going to be very profitable for them to bring in about
half a dozen wagons a week, to one cement distributor.  However,
hypothetically move about 20 wagons a week to Tatura where then the
cement powder is trucked out to the likes of cement dealers in:
Shepparton
Mooroopna
Kyabram
Echuca
Tocumwal
Tatura
Yarrawonga
Numurkah
Cobram

And there would be more in the area.
Now supplying cement to even half this amount would easily get 20 +
wagons a week, there has to be something in that.
