New Tram line along Dudley Street?

Saturday's Melbourne Herald-Comic had a front-page story about the new Paramount
studios development for Melbourne's Docklands.  It had an artist's impression of
the entrance being a large archway over dudley Street with a W class tram
passing underneath.  The accompanying text mentioned that the developers hope to
have the tram service extended along Dudley St to serve the complex.  I guess
this would have to be a Northward extension of the 70 turning West into Dudley
St from the soon to be constructed Docklands Blvd extension.
