That's actually a very clever composite picture. The TGV and platform
are actually Le Mans, with the Sydney skyline added.

I asked Dale Budd this exact question last year. There would be a new
portal about 150m from the end of platforms 14/15, and an underground
junction on the NSR about 1.5km beyond.
