Parking (Melb Stations) & Trams.

Been around for a while now but at both Hillside and Bayside stations there
are signs saying "Free Car Parking will contune at this Station".
At some of the trams stops (like Swanston & Elgin Street) are signs saying
"Timing Point, trams must wait until depature time"
Just another couple of things that have changes in the last few weeks.
