Steam Cane Train at Nambour

ANGRMS steam loco Pleystowe No.5 is at Moreton Sugar Mill at Nambour from
10 to 14 August.

It is hauling loaded cane bins from Howard Street Yard at the edge of
Nambour up to the mill. The line travels along the middle of Howard Street,
takes an "S" bend across Currie Street into Mill Street before a final
steep climb curving into the Moreton Mill yard. It will also take rakes of
empty bins from the mill yard down to Howard Street Yard where they will be
collected by the main line diesel locomotives.

It is in Nambour for the local Sugar Festival on Saturday 14 August.
