yes... between Spencer/ Flinders and the casino, just on the north side of
the river.

on another note. I don't know how they are going to run the shuttle buses
this weekend as there is no through traffic on Spencer or Flinders Sts. They
have to go a long way around if they can't get through/past the intersection
(Spencer/Flinders)

The roundabout is now a traffic light intersection.
