My predictions on the operations side:
* Route 96 and 109 Light Rail: B2 class trams from Southbank depot, buses
from Port Junction (Light Rail Junction) to Spencer and Collins/Bourke, A
class trams from Kew depot northwards.
* Route 12 : Buses from Brunswick St to Clarendon St, B2/W class trams
from Southbank Depot.
* City Circle : Diverted via Bourke St
* Route 48 and 75 : No service in Spencer St, trams terminate at Flinders
/ Market sts.
