The crossover is located right out side the convention centre.
It is on the north side of the Yarra River and just south of the 
Railway viducts.  The tram stop is staggered so that the crossover
is between the two halves of the stop.

I hope this helps, but I thing the main point is the crossover is
on the North Side of the rivver.

: new casino had only just opened when I was last there 18 months ago, so

: saying this stop is between the Casino and the roundabout at Whiteman's
: Road.  But then the casino is at Whiteman's Rd isn't it? Or is it a
: shunt at the roundabout for the route 12 trams to get into and out of
