Hi,
Cityrail and the Union does know about it and I do believe multiskilling
will happen eventually. As I understand, it is beginning to happen in
Brisbane (correct me if I am wrong) where Guards are being trained as
drivers and Drivers as Guards. The problem is there are too many old hand
Drivers in Sydney (not meant to be derogatory) that won't allow this to
happen at the moment.
