It hasn't.  3s86/3907 runs Roma St to Charleville.  (Does it still depart
from platform 3 at Roma St?)

I was speaking to the SM at Quilpie on Friday, and asked him how he got his
freight in since they stopped running the "flea" ("Flying Flea" - nickname
for the Charleville-Quilpie section of the "Westie")  He said that he gets
2 trains a week from Charleville (most likely not counting stock trains)
