Remember, there are three S class still in service..... S300, S302,
S311 - the down Merbein is occasionally used to transfer locos from
Melbourne to Ballarat East for WCR.

My "personal best" sighting on the Merbein was on 3/3/97.....6 locos,
all powering, X33(long end leading)+X47+X49+X50+S300+S302.
