Hi Damian,

The Indian-Pacific is worked by one NR class between Perth and Adelaide, and
either one or two NR class between Adelaide and Sydney, depending on
loading.

The Ghan is worked by one NR class.

The Overland is worked by one BL class.

As for where they work from, I believe that NR operations just picks a loco
from whatever happens to be in SYD/MEL/ADL/PER at the time.
