R711's wheels back on

R711 was lifted at Ballarat East this morning (Thu 22.04.99) and its
wheels, now fitted with new tyres manufactured in South Africa,
replaced.

R711's first revenue trip is scheduled to be the Warrnambool Cup Race
Special on Thu 06 May 99.

The ARHS are planning a tour using R711 and 115km/h stock to St Arnaud
for early July 99 (4th?)
