There was a Moe to Yallourn branch line. Hernes Oak was/is a crossing
loop 
in the Moe - Morwell section of the Gippsland line.
Regarding Yallourn, maybe there was a Yallourn station on the main line
before
it was diverted to enlarge the open cut. I am not sure on this.
