Electrification to Craigieburn has been announced.  Due for completion
in 2001 IIRC.  This was announced a few months ago wrapped in together
with the Mont Albert to Box Hill tram extension, the North Melbourne
crossover work and extension of Collins St No 11 trams to the Casino.
