Yes Y127 has been used in previous trips to/from Lilydale.

But which S circular are you reading?  S99/6034 was cancelled, you
know.

S99/6052 makes no mention of a banker.  Spencer Street Yard Pilot is
to attach and detach BRS at Spencer Street.
