The WTT became the NSP (Network Service Plan).  The first part was the
only part ever sold at the Railfan Shop..... the second part with
loads, level crossings etc of most interest to railfans was always a
closely guarded secret.

Anyway, according to Albert at the Railfan Shop the last NSP was
published in 12/98 and times will now be distributed on a "needs to
know" basis only.  "Commercial in confidence" is often muttered in the
same breath, apparently because of privatisation of VLF - when and
where the trains run is to become a state secret <g!>.
