You know, I had a small sentence in parentheses after that saying "yes
I know the mathematicians say that the decade ends at end of 2000 not
1999, but popular perception is that the end of the decade is 1999",
but I deleted it thinking "apart from John Howard who's going to be a
pedant about the real end of decade and anyway how do we know which
date Bob Butrims was writing about".  No-one's going to nitpick this,
surely...................

one!
