As a matter of interest, do Metrol control Box Hill or is that still done
from Box Hill?
Also, under the privatisation, how will the safeworking arrangements work?
ie will Victrack own all the safeworking along with the tracks, or will each
corporation pay a proportional cost of running Metrol and run their own
outer stations or will Victrack run Metrol with each corporation
contributing proportionally with outer stations run by Hillside or Bayside?

As a matter of reference, my understanding is Heidelberg still controls
Heidelberg to Rosanna, Macleod controls Macleod, Greensborough controls
Greensborough with a mechanical frame, Eltham controls Eltham with a
mechanical frame, Diamond Creek controls Diamond Creek (although Eltham is
responsible for staffing) and Hurstbridge controls Hurstbridge.
