This is due to a software fault with the DVA.  Whenever you edit an announcement,
the program takes it upon itself to swap the first two fields.  When created, the
above announcement would have said "First stop Wynyard then ..."  It has been
edited, and the program has swapped "then" and "Wynyard".  When staff are being
taught to use the DVA's, they are often advised to put a 0.05 second pause at the
start, so that when the program swaps the first two fields, it won't matter.
