David,

Do you mean the Liverpool - Parramatta Transitway?
If so, an Overview Report has been released and is on display around
Sydney for public comment until Friday 4th December 1998. The report
lists route options, which are the most suitable, where Transitway
stations could be located and what the Transitway would look like.
A summary brochure has been produced and is available from:

PPK Environment & Infrastructure Pty Ltd
PO Box 248
Concord West NSW 2138

According to the summary brochure a submission form on the project is
at http://www.transport.nsw.gov.au.

The Overview Report can be purchased for $15 over the phone on
(02)9391-2222 (credit card orders)
or from the Sydney Information Centre, Ground Floor,
Governor Macquarie Tower, 1 Farrer Place, Sydney
or Sydney West Regional Office, Level 8, Signature Tower, 2-10 Wentworth
Street, Parramatta.

The summary brochure says:
* It's a 30 km bus only Transitway from Liverpool-Parramatta
* It will have integrated ticketing
* Frequent services - every 5 mins in peak, every 10 mins off peak
* Transitway stations with commuter car parking
* There will be 34 stations along the route
* Bikeway along the full Transitway route
* The project will cost $200 million including land acquisition.
