I was thinking about all the buttons used in step 1 (type of ticket):
Monthly, Weekly, Daily, 2 Hour, Metcard10, 60+ all zones.
Off peak saver in Zone 2 and 3.
Rail+2 in Zone 1.

So in any zone not all the buttons would work.  But what about
zone 1 and 2 overlap?  Would all the buttons work here?
