That is certainly true about the slug on th coal miners but from memory the
whole lot is not included in QR revenue. It will be interesting to see what
happens after 2000 when competition is supposed to start.


I don't know what you mean by Queensland does not rate. Unfortunately it is
not connected to the rest of the system by std gauge but QR is a busier
freight system than all but NSW.
