Freight Question

GSR operates the Indian Pacific, Ghan and Overland...... passenger trains.  I suspect you saw an ASR train.

As long as you're not over the maximum gross weight of the wagon there isn't a problem.  Effectively you're maximising the capacity of the wagon.
