Well I am another who is the recipient of some dubious selective service, I
recently had a whole pile of stuff turn up that was two months old.

My ISP is Fastlink (Gosford) and use their newsserver, whoever that is.
Bigpond is a little better, at least their newsserver is more up than down,
so to speak.
