Go back under your rock - he was referring to passenger standards. I actually
preferred the 'grey ghosts' - they were EXACTLY like the Comeng trains, with
one exception - the windows lined up properly. The big problem with the Comeng
trains is that you can often be sitting there for a long time looking at the
wall.
