Yes, C505 has been sitting at NR's "servo" for about 10 days and moved
to the steel yard yesterday morning (a/c signaller at West Tower).

Coincidentally (?), C505 is the loco on the front of ARE's brochure
advertising their May C class trip to Seymour. I'm also told that C
classes are being evaluated by NR for shunting the steel yard to
replace the Ts: shunts there are sometimes up to 1100 metres long.
Also, BLs are slated to take over the steel train, starting in the
next couple of weeks.

Finally, AN7 was still at the servo (the colloquial term already being
applied to NR's new loco servicing and provisioning facility adjacent
to South Dynon Junction) this (Thursday) morning.

BTW, will WCR's double-heading continue on Friday?
