These are obviousky meant to refer to CASINO, LISMORE, BALLINA, LENNOX HEAD
and BYRON BAY being in the same region.
However, I have noticed that Ansett flights into Ballina from Sydney, and
probably most likely other flights as well, use the code BNK for Ballina.
