Oh no! More pronounciation questions

Last night (12 Mar) at Central, I heard the dreadfully-proper recorded
station announcer man give a list of stations for a railcar connecting
at Campbelltown with a suburban service off the City Circle.

Amongst the names were:

Station spelling		His pronounciation
---------------------                      --------------------------

Braemar			Br'mar or, if you like, Bruh-mar
Talong			T'long  "   "   "   "  "    Tuh-long

Are these right?  

Together with about 20 other people, I part own a property at
Talong..... all of the 20 owners pronounce it Tay-long... are we all
wet behind the ears?
