Ex Cleveland trains either:
1. terminate at Bowen Hills, where it then proceeds to travel via the
loop to the ETD (electric train depot, Mayne, behind Bowen Hills) or to
return for another Cleveland service; or
2. continued for a northern suburb service (only in very few cases during
peak times).
The timetable of Buranda to Bowen Hills on a Friday (catering all possible
options) is available at:
http://qroti.bit.net.au/cgi-bin/tvm.pl?ORIG=Buranda&DEST=Bowen+Hills&DAY=Friday
This also shows the destination of the services.
Cleveland trains used to continue to Caboolture (pre-January 13 1997
timetable), but was not successful. With the Jan 13 97 timetable, it was
always anticipated that Cleveland trains flow onto Doomben - Pinkenba (the
line is electrified only as far as Eagle Farm, next on the down
(northbound) from Doomben) whenever it was reopened.
