There is no question that the West Australian government wants to sell westrail at the earliest possible time. You may remember comments, and I think that it was following the release of the 1996/97 annual report, wherein a significant profit was made, that this was the first step in the proposal, and that it was essentially a "buttering up" situation for any interested parties.
