Umm, since this is to be a wholly funded private project, exactly why are the Feds carrying out a feasability study, their not funding the line. And in any case , if the project does go ahead, it will require that the private consortium negotiate with the various state & terrirory govts. Cant see what involvement the feds could have , or is it something to do with a pending election. cheers MD
